mySidewalk’s next Head of Sales will be a coach at heart. With a focus on driving sales performance, this person is able to set and inspire a sales team toward high performance. This person has quick, iterative feedback - delivered directly and with care - so the team can quickly respond. A decisive deal maker, this person role models the performance they expect to constantly drive a higher contract value. A collaborative teammate and trustworthy partner, this person keeps the team pushing toward higher goals.

- How might we meet and exceed sales forecasts?
- How might we nurture relationships with strategic target accounts?
How you’ll solve those problems:
- Lead a high-performing team
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Professional direct leadership of the sales organization including setting of ambitious objectives, monitoring of activities and continuous performance review
- Exceed sales forecasts
-  Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
- Act as a change agent, embracing new buying vehicles including subscriptions and SaaS models
- Provide regular and accurate reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and other relevant KPIs to senior management
- Nurture strategic target accounts
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You’ll help us solve those problems if you:
- Have 8+ years of experience selling, with a preference in the GovTech or SaaS sector
- Have previously managed a team
- Have a track record of hitting or exceeding company sales targets
- Are a strong communicator with the ability to make the complex simple
- Are an influential team member - no matter the role or title held, can get others bought in on the vision we’re collectively working towardÂ
