This person has quick, iterative feedback - delivered directly and with care - so the team can quickly respond. How you’ll solve those problems:

  • Lead a high-performing team
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Professional direct leadership of the sales organization including setting of ambitious objectives, monitoring of activities and continuous performance review
  • Exceed sales forecasts
    •  Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
    • Act as a change agent, embracing new buying vehicles including subscriptions and SaaS models
    • Provide regular and accurate reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and other relevant KPIs to senior management
  • Nurture strategic target accounts
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You’ll help us solve those problems if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience selling, with a preference in the GovTech or SaaS sector
  • Have previously managed a team
  • Have a track record of hitting or exceeding company sales targets
  • Are a strong communicator with the ability to make the complex simple
  • Are an influential team member - no matter the role or title held, can get others bought in on the vision we’re collectively working toward
