Head of Sales (Advertising / Tech)
Job Description
We are Pareto Publishing, one of the leading companies in e-mail advertising, based in Warsaw, Poland. Our technology helps us reach over 10 million investors daily, and we are especially known for our successes in the finance/banking industry.
Key Responsibilities π
- Lead sales in both ad sales and technology services
- Create and use sales strategies that help us grow
- Find and connect with important clients and keep them happy
- Handle the entire sales process, from finding potential clients to closing deals
Requirements π
- 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in advertising or tech
- Excellent at building relationships and closing deals
- Good at leading a team is a big plus
What to Expect π
- Competitive salary
- Uncapped commission on all booked revenue
- Monthly and quarterly incentives/bonuses upon completion of probation period
