About Nash
Nash makes local delivery a reality for any business through its network of 500+ delivery providers (including DoorDash, Uber and hundreds of local fleets). Through Nash’s delivery orchestration platform, businesses can manage their deliveries through a single integration, handle any workflow with ease, and scale their delivery operations effortlessly.
Nash was founded in 2021 by a team from Palantir and MIT, and has currently raised from top investors including Y-Combinator and a16z to build the world’s best local delivery platform.
About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on builder and leader to develop Nash’s Australia / New Zealand Revenue team. As Head of Sales ANZ, you’ll be the first hire and responsible for the top-line in this strategic region for growth. We’ve just begun operations here, and you will lead our scaling. You are a seller and strategist. You will set a business development strategy and directly execute against it, closing and managing merchants and building out our fleet relationships. You will do whatever it takes to make sure our merchants and fleets are on-boarded to Nash successfully. Your entrepreneurial efforts leading this scale-up could open doors to Regional leadership as the next step of your career at Nash. Candidates must be based in Australia or New Zealand currently to be considered for this role.
What You'll Do
Own the sales process and drive net new revenue opportunities from prospecting to close
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives
Work directly with customers/prospects to understand their unique needs while strategically positioning the company to expand revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, customer support, customer success and engineering to to support the successful launch and continued success of Nash’s customers
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across the business
Over time, build and lead a sales team to bring the company through its next stages growth in the region
About You
7+ years of experience in Sales Leadership or Growth function
Expert ability and drive to prospect and close new business opportunities
Deep knowledge of logistics, delivery, on-demand, or marketplace technology
Excellent communication skills
High bias for action. You’re an end-to-end finisher who can start, execute, and finish tasks autonomously
You are humble, collaborative, and relentless in pursuit of your goals
Willing to be very hands on in order to build the business in ANZ Have experience at a high-growth startup as a first or early salesperson
