About This RoleKlarity Health is looking for a full-time Head of Sales (B2B) to join our Sales team. The Head of Sales (B2B) will shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. You will be responsible for architecting sales strategies. This is a critical role reporting directly to senior leadership with high growth potential.
Location: in-person at our HQ in Redwood City, CAKey Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Lead & Own in the development & implementation of the sales plan.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive aggressive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership: Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales/marketing/growth team and senior leadership, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Market Analysis & New Opportunities: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Sales Team Training and Development: Train and develop the sales team on effective sales techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Cross-functioning: Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years of relevant sales experience (with minimum 2 years in healthcare field).
  • Knowledge & Track records: Strong industry knowledge in healthcare sales. Proven track record of achieving sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Market Discovery: Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strong market analysis skills and understanding of the healthcare industry landscape.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or sales related field.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Expected base salary range: $140,000 - $200,000
