Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of sales experience in the technology industry and SaaS platform sales.
  • 5 years of experience leading and managing a team.
  • Experience advocating products to C-level executives or consulting in cloud-based (SaaS) technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing or sales support in developing product, solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.
  • Experience in reaching and exceeding business goals in the technology industry with SaaS products.
  • Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, organization, project management, collaboration, and written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal oriented, motivated, investigative, and detail-oriented.

As the Head of Sales for Google Workspace, you will be responsible for the acquisition and growth of new and existing customers for Google Workspace in the Central region. You will positively impact business goals including logo acquisition, customer retention, business growth, programmatic scale acquisition, and leveraging partners. You will be managing a team focused on acquiring and retaining customers within our Select, Enterprise, and Corporate business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$196,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers, and bring to Google your mature CXO relationships to help us grow into new organizations, influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
  • Negotiate and manage entire complex sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities and working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google partners in order to maximize business results in territory and open up opportunities with large enterprise customers.
  • Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
