Global Head of Sales Operations (REMOTE)

We are looking for a highly motivated person to lead our Sales Operations function to support our Global Sales, Account Management & Customer Success teams. Essential Functions:

  • Act as an escalation point of contact for non-standard queries on topics including account reassignments, crediting, and quota achievement
  • Evangelize existing Sales and Marketing tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Confluence, etc.) and create a plan to maximize usage and cleanliness while optimizing outputs for Senior Management reporting and day-to-day management of Sales team
  • Work cross functionally on a variety of projects that could include automation, reporting, improved SLA’s, CRM integration/builds, etc.
  • Maintain relationships with sales & marketing personnel including leadership to improve commercial success, as well as ensure timely, accurate, and prompt sales forecast submissions
  • Create/maintain/update key success metrics and service level agreements supporting multiple business units
  • Lead proposals/pricing/contracting/RFx processes to ensure efficient internal sales cycles and meet/exceed customer timelines
  • Support global pricing/proposal operation to ensure rapid and consistent global business development
  • Navigate and align with multiple business units, including finance, legal sales, business/product leads, operations, and others
  • Ability to track/model pipeline movement and implement corrective measures to resolve issues
  • Creates a “pursuit of excellence” culture by providing leadership, vision, tools, and motivation to exceed goals and maximize the sales execution teams globally
  • Organizes and manages processes and procedures for reporting/modeling, as well as tracking and reporting on sales & marketing programs

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience, with (2+ years in management) in sales operations, consulting and/or operations role
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, and Confluence, etc.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of recent experience working within a SaaS organization Required
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
  • PMP and/or SCRUM Certification Required
