As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Sales to develop and execute our commercial strategy, and drive business growth in the local market. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in wholesale and/or private banking, deep understanding of the Singapore network, and an existing network of potential clients and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve OKX SG's growth objectives

Lead and inspire sales, marketing and customer success teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Develop and foster strong relationships with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders
-
Work with Legal and Compliance, Finance, Risk and Audit, to put in place strong governance and controls to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Drive overall strategic direction with the rest of the executive leadership team
What We Look For In You
-
At least 10 years of experience in financial services, fintech or related industries

Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies

Deep understanding of the Singapore wholesale and/or private banking landscape

Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and partners and navigate complex negotiations

Passionate about the potential of blockchain technology and crypto
