Mighty Buildings is a construction technology company with offices in Oakland, and Monterrey.
We are disrupting the construction industry by creating beautiful, sustainable, and high-quality homes using 3D printing, advanced materials, and robotics automation.
We’ve raised Series B funding and are backed by top investors like Khosla Ventures, Zeno Ventures, and Y-Combinator.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Own all sales reporting, data analytics, data visualization, and customer feedback. 
  • Responsible for working with internal stakeholders including operations management, finance, project management, marketing, and executive team to understand reporting and analytical requirements. 
  • Oversee lead generation strategies and advertising/marketing strategies.
  •  Lead and facilitate customer relationship management (CRM), sales and marketing tools implementation, including use of Mailchimp and Mixmax. 
  • Design and build digital marketing campaigns, including developing and nurturing audiences. 
  • Direct phone marketing. 
  • Engage in user experience research using A/B testing. 
  • Support company’s sales objectives and Sales & Marketing Strategy.
  • Primary worksite located in Oakland, CA; job involves travel to Mexico approximately 1-3 times per year for strategy sessions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master of Science degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration (MBA), or closely related.
  • At least ONE (1) year of experience in the job offered or at least ONE (1) year of experience in the following:

  1. Project management, data analysis and data analytics
  2. Data visualization using Tableau
  3. Market research, including into specific market segments
  4. Direct selling techniques 
  5. G-Suite
  6. Mixmax and Mailchimp
  7. Figma

OTHER: Job & Interview site: 610 85th Ave Oakland, CA, USA, 94621; job involves travel to Mexico approximately 1-3 times per year for strategy sessions. Wage: $198,578.00 per year.  If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S.  EOE.
