About the role

Are you looking to build and manage a world-class SEM program for a next generation ecommerce marketplace? Do you thrive in an innovative workplace where your entrepreneurial drive will directly grow the business? If so, you could be the right person to lead search marketing at Curated. 

Our marketing team is responsible for driving revenue growth using cutting-edge performance marketing strategies and in-house technology. We are a highly collaborative team managing paid acquisition, CRM, conversion optimization, and content production in partnership with many other functions.

In this role, you will manage and grow our paid search and shopping channels. You will build a team, develop growth strategies, and be responsible for hitting performance targets across multiple product verticals.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the team responsible for customer acquisition through paid search and shopping channels
  • Develop innovative channel strategies leveraging predicted revenue models, incrementality, first-party data, and automation to meet short and long term business objectives
  • Implement best-in-class campaign optimization workflows and test plans for keywords, bidding, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to develop in-house technology to accelerate growth
  • Proactively track, report, and share performance updates to key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Extensive professional marketing experience managing paid search programs, including 5+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns with $1M+ monthly budgets
  • Deep understanding of paid search trends to efficiently scale campaigns at all levels of spend
  • Expert level knowledge of campaign management tools and best-practice experimentation techniques
  • Experience building and managing high performing Search Marketing teams
  • Excellent command of reporting and analytics
  • Preferred: Experience with online marketplaces

  • High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains
  • Acute problem solving ability and drive to stay on the cutting edge of ad technology
