The role

Our world-class group of software engineers, responsible for backend and frontend development of our core product, is looking for an energetic, vocal and fun-to-work-with team lead for entering our next growth phase. A lead that is a charismatic playing coach, who equally earns trust by participating actively on the field while also guiding, strategizing and advocating for the team from the side. A lead that has a knack for data, that deeply cares about code, and that is eager to move the needle. A lead that has a passion for Generative AI and data products, and thus is able to efficiently collaborate within an AI first company. Previous experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment, with an established remote first, asynchronous work culture, will have you perfectly prepared for this role.

What you will be doing

• Coach and mentor a high performing group of engineers
• Use code and APIs as the primary building blocks for your reasoning
• Uphold a clean, lean and efficient code base / code health
• Work closely with the product team to refine and negotiate requirements
• Orchestrate the development and continuous deployment of new features
• Actively follow, evaluate and introduce new technologies / ways of working
• Have an opinion

We are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as full-stack software engineer (Kotlin, Typescript, ...)
• A hands-on, yes-we-can attitude to solving difficult problems
• A friendly, positive, and open-hearted personality
