Job Summary:
As the Head of Strategy & Transformation for Enabling Services, you will partner with business owners to revolutionize our organization in three key areas:
- Enhance market understanding by gaining deep insights into customer needs, developing new offerings, and analyzing the competitive landscape.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative processes and technologies to drive productivity, timelines, and quality improvements.
- Drive ongoing business review efforts to optimize growth and margins.
As a recognized thought leader in your field, you will have the platform to share your expertise, influence industry trends, and represent our organization at industry conferences and events.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Develop and implement new processes to maximize value delivery and optimize existing processes.
- Lead and drive the strategic planning process for Enabling Solutions, anticipating technology and competitive environment changes.
- Providing oversight and reporting progress on strategy execution - initiatives and investments - working with the business to ensure risks are managed and the programs deliver the anticipated benefits.
- Work with internal functions (Finance, Marketing, IT, Sales) to ensure alignment
- Identify major focus areas to guide our efforts and investments.
- Effectively communicate and cascade the strategy across Enabling Solutions
- Foster continuous knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
- Expand the organization's long-term innovative capabilities and advise management on innovation goals.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in consulting, technology, business, strategy, or healthcare-related fields
- 5+ years of experience in a management or similar corporate position
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in project planning, budgeting, and oversight
- Adaptive thinking and a strong, critical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Highly Collaborative
- Travel up to 20%
