With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

· Manage, lead and develop a team of technical engagement managers and application engineers

· Build and maintain strong working relationships both internally within KLA and externally with customers in Taiwan at all levels

· Develop deep understanding of customer high value problems and use cases

· Collaborate closely with account team, marketing, engineering and service teams to position KLA reticle products, deliver differentiated product value and resolve customer issues

· Define and execute customer specific product penetration, adoption, and market share strategies to achieve business objectives

· Drive regular executive and technical review meetings with customers in Taiwan

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires BS degree with at least 10 years of experience or MS degree with at least 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor capital equipment industry

· Proficient English speaking and writing

· Proven track record of successfully managing complex customer engagements in semiconductor industry

· Strong technical background in reticle manufacturing or lithography processes; Reticle inspection or EUV lithography experience a strong plus

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with people management
