Reporting to our Senior Director, People Operations, Lattice is looking for an experienced Head of Total Rewards to lead our total rewards programs.
What You'll be Doing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation, equity, and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Lattice’s goals and values
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Analyze market data and industry trends to design compensation and benefits strategy and ensure that Lattice is market competitive
- Collaborate with Finance to develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, people partners, managers, and employees, and to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support organizational goals and objectives
- Lead the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to ensure understanding and appreciation among employees
- Serve as subject matter expert and advisor to Lattice’s product organization on compensation systems and tools
- Shape and evolve Lattice’s total rewards philosophy and programs in partnership with leadership as the company continues to mature
- Partner with Talent Development and People Partners to ensure job architecture and compensation structures are aligned to the evolving business needs
- Gather feedback and drive decisions quickly across multiple and varied stakeholders
- Directly manage and mentor the Compensation team
- Maintain a point of view on best practices and bring people along in order to achieve desired results
- Seamlessly transition from design to execution and build out the necessary infrastructure to support your design; communicate execution plans and then run the program from start to finish
- Manage brokers and ensure they deliver high-quality benefits offerings with responsive customer service support as you own target renewal bids that meet the needs and cost structure of the organization
- Liaise with and create materials for Compensation Committee meetings along with Lattice’s leadership team to drive recommendations for executive compensation, equity programs, and other analyses as requested by the Committee
- Assist in preparation, launch and execution of U.S. benefits open enrollment, to include ensuring compliance with all regulatory filings, postings and communications
What You Will Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of HR experience including 5+ years of total rewards experience, preferably in a high growth technology company
- 5+ years of people management experience with demonstrated experience in people development
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
- Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required
- Effective project management, time management and organization skills
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $177,170 - $269,346. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
