Location: Malvern, PA

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources for LifeScan, TheHead of Total Rewards will develop, analyze, implement, communicate, and administer competitive total rewards programs specifically around compensation benefits. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, communication and administration of the organization's health, wellness, and welfare benefits programs across all countries for our ~2000 employee population. This role will be hybrid and based in Malvern, PA.

- Accountable for the design of our corporate compensation philosophy, infrastructure, programs, and policies
- Analyze, design, implement, and report on all compensation, incentive, and benefit plans, programs, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze and adhere to government regulations concerning all pay compliance and while establishing competitive plans.
- Research and evaluate market pay levels and trends and participate in appropriate surveys to develop programs and pay to best attract, retain, and engage talent and support pay-for-performance strategies and initiatives.
- Perform and manage market analysis including competitive market position.
- Establish international compensation practices, policies, and implement.
- Analyze compensation data, both internal and external, to identify trends and make recommendations

- Design fit to purpose benefits strategies to attract and retain an innovative, high caliber workforce globally that are cost-effective in the markets we have direct employee presence.
- Accountable for the identification, negotiation, and management of benefits program partners across the globe. Expedites delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers in all markets.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for Compensation and Benefit programs
- Defines and ensures organizational delivery of LifeScan's Annual Performance Review processes and the associated Merit Bonus assessments, calibrations, and system updates in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners.
- Designs and executes annual Open Enrollment in associated markets, including system updates
- Achieves financial objectives.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting compensation philosophy and benefit policies procedures.
- Accountable for the administration of company retirement and pension plans; including all required audits and compliance tasks through defined partner/s.
- Research and collaboration with health and welfare broker and vendors to improve delivery of the benefits function and identify and implement benefits to increase employee quality of life, including the design, recommendation, implementation, and management of a variety of Wellness programs.
- Evaluate existing and proposed benefits vendor products and tools for alignment with benefits and wellness strategies and for ROI/cost effectiveness.
- Evaluate, develop, and monitor adherence to service level agreements with vendors
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- 10+ years in progressive experience in Compensation, HR, or Financial Analysis
- A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in the analysis, design and administration of global compensation and benefits programs with strong vendor management practice.
- Working knowledge of compensation policies, benefits, practices, and procedures.
- Experienced with salary range development, job analysis, management incentive program design and implementation, variable pay program design and implementation, base structure, and benchmarking.
- Benefits Administration experience, inclusive of Benefits invoice reconciliation, management deployment of communications materials presentations to the organization.
- Proven ability to function as a subject matter expert, developing and implementing process improvement and technical solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail oriented; demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent fluency with data and analysis.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Preferred Requirements:
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) Cert
- PHR/SPHR
- CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) Cert.
