Job Description

SUMMARY: The Head of Treasury Solutions provides strategic leadership and management to a team charged with developing, continuously improving, marketing and servicing treasury and commercial card solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

• Effectively lead the strategy and delivery of the bank's Treasury Solutions business, through a customer-centric approach
• Define product strategy and roadmap for Treasury Solutions and Commercial Card products. Drive feature delivery in partnership with sales, technology, operations, service, risk, compliance and legal teams.
• Collaborate with the sales organization to develop the strategic direction of Treasury Solutions to further drive profitable growth of new and existing banking relationships
• Evaluate pricing in relation to competition and profitability.
• Develop and implement business development programs and strategies to grow the treasury services market across core markets.
• Actively call on top prospects and top customers with Treasury Solutions Officers.
• Achieve designated performance metrics, customer retention goals, and new business revenue targets.
• Work with internal/external auditors to ensure that department activity and production is in compliance with State and Federal regulations, investor requirements, and Bank policies.
• Develop, maintain and manage financial budgetary goals.
• Compile regular and special reports as required by Bank (including for senior executive management and board of directors) and government regulations.
• Research and analyze industry digitization and technology trends and integrate knowledge into the development of best in class product solutions.
• Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
• Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
• Identifies and reports suspicious activity.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises function, projects or services and/or one or more employees, as applicable.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance coaching; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degreein an appropriate field from an accredited college/university required
• MBA or graduate degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of treasury management and commercial card experience, with at least three-five years of product management experience required
• Deep understanding of the technology aspects of cash management and fin-tech platforms required
• Ability to lead and motivate sales team required
• Demonstrate an executive skillset that includes strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills required
• Must be technology savvy and have an affinity for digitization required
