About the Position
Own our Violife Brand in DACHIT, including its communication, portfolio, and potential growth channels. Implement a global strategy, translated into a local plan relevant and applicable for the market. Prioritize deliverables and facilitate local sales organizations in meetings and exceeding targets. Ensure brand sales performance on all related KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
Team leadership
- Lead and develop the local Violife team
- Foster collaborative and creative cross-departmental work environment
- Represent Violife DACHIT in the Global & European Violife Leadership Team
- Business Plan: Develop and execute plan on growth levers reflective of the global brand strategy within a local context
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategy at country level and ensure brand alignment and consistency throughout e.g. sales, foodservice, finance and trade marketing
Brand Building
- Develop and manage local marketing budgets
- Grow brand locally through unique communication and activation channels; Violife is a young brand and therefore you need to be open and willing to test and learn about new and creative channels
- Collaborate with global organization to build one brand. This includes identifying growth levers (e.g. channels) but also close partnership on product innovation.
Brand Performance
- Monitor and analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to refine and adjust the brand strategy as needed
- Establish key performance indicators to measure success and impact of brand initiatives
Country development
- Identify, evaluate and execute growth opportunities within the country
- Ensure a smooth market intelligence flow from local market to HQ
- Collect and feeds into local market/competition and price information regularly from different sources in the field (e.g., market research, interviews, sales teams etc.)
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- You bring strong business experience to the table with a solid background of 7+ years in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (preferably a mix of these)
- You have a passion for plant-based food and further building our Violife brand
- You are able to draw insights from data
- You have a not only strategic perspective but also a creative mindset
- You demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- You show success in managing and influencing senior stakeholders
- You have gained initial leadership experience
- You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and German.
