As part of the demand generation team, our focus and business goals are to build awareness that generates pipeline and revenue for Domino.

Our website is one of the most crucial marketing assets you will manage.  You will be responsible for everything from security and infrastructure to branding, design, development, and SEO and conversion optimization.  The right person for this role is passionate about telling our story through our website.

What your impact will be

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing our website, ensuring best-in-class website experiences and conversions
  • Serve as the webmaster, collaborating with IT to improve website performance
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, and DataStudio to monitor web performance. Monitor for trends, fluctuations, and functionality issues, provide actionable recommendations, and collaborate with team and agency contacts to ensure the digital journey is seamless
  • Improve user experience and conversion rates through software/techniques like heat mapping, A/B testing, personalization, popup creation, and chat
  • Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our website experience for prospects, customers, and partners
  • Assess organic search performance using SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog and identify improvement opportunities. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in managing external Paid Search digital agency relationship
  • Help make content successful by working with other teams to promote content, optimize conversion paths, and build links
  • Coordinate with offsite freelance writers to implement content plans, deliver detailed briefs and copy-editing drafts, and provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Manage SEO content projects effectively and accurately, working with writers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders, both in-house and offsite
  • Support special projects from an SEO perspective, including product releases and demand gen campaigns as needed

What we look for in this role

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Online Marketing
  • 8-10 + years of digital marketing experience with an emphasis on website strategy
  • Advanced knowledge of website management & SEO, with B2B experience
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts & best practices
  • Motivated by a high-performance, high-energy, fast-paced team dynamic
  • Proven record of driving consistent achievement of aggressive goals
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Ability to pull, process, and interpret online analytics reports with actionable data insights via Google Analytics or similar digital tools
  • Experience with UX and CRO tactics like A/B testing, personalization, and heat mapping
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a B2B organization
  • Experience managing relationships with external marketing agencies

Compensation range

Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range for this role is $178,000-267,000 USD Annually. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our benefits can be found here.  Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, cost of labor, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
