Head Preschool Teacher

Bright Beginnings NYC – New York, NY Full-time Bright Beginnings NYC is a growing preschool located in the Financial District, at 80 Beekman Street, New York, NY. We are seeking a preschool teacher to work with children between the ages of 2-4. Candidates should be warm, responsible, and dedicated team players who like to interact and communicate with young children in the context of a creative, play-based curriculum. Minimum Qualification: • BS in Early Childhood or related field • New York State Teaching Certification Prior experience preferred Responsibilities: • Encourage and model social behaviors and expectations that are developmentally appropriate for growing toddlers; • Maintain open and constant communication with the teaching team; • Develop age-appropriate educational initiatives and innovative ways of implementing them; and • Establish a relationship built on trust, cooperation and respect with co-workers and families. Compensation: Commensurate with Experience Hours: Monday — Friday - Full Time.
