 Job Title:  Heads of Program Management

Job Location: 19 Presidential Way, Suite 103, Woburn, MA 01801

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create, maintain and communicate schedules and plans for all Factorial next generation battery solutions (solid state) to ensure they meet safety, function, life, and cost targets;
2. Manage battery cell and module projects with global automotive and battery OEM;
3. Manage all phases of program and project for battery development (solid state or liquid) from prototype to production at battery company;
4. Create and manage Gantt charts to track and communicate project progress;
5. Drive action with internal and cross functional teams to successfully complete projects within time & resource constraints;
6. Identify creative and timely solutions to key program challenges;
7. Develop and maintain effective communication channels to all stakeholders;
8. Track resourcing of projects and drive resource balancing between different program priorities;
9. Identify team priorities and motivate the project team to complete critical tasks;
10. Develop systems and best practices for communication & change management;
11. Manage third party engineering providers and Tier 1 suppliers;
12. Drive product commercialization by working closely with product development team; and
13. Provide technical guidance to solve engineering challenges across multiple domains of expertise.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering Automotive engineering or closely related field is required for this position.  In addition, the employer requires:

1. Experience with product development or project management with global automotive or batter OEM gained through ten (10) years of work experience;
2. Experience with all phases of program/project management for battery development (solid state or liquid) from prototype to production at battery company gained through seven (7) years of work experience; and
3. Project management experience in battery cell and module development gained through three (3) years of work experience.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.

10-20% domestic and 10% international travel required per year.
