Healthcare Contact Center Associate (Work from Home!)

As a member of the Customer Experience team you will handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries. Call drivers can include but are not limited to insurance verifications benefits education billing questions prescription issues technical challenges including up to real-time support during time sensitive situations. You manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

A few of the questions you may receive as a healthcare call center associate are the following:

What is this authorization charge I see on my credit card after scheduling a visit?

I'm at the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they don't have it in their system. Did it get sent?

I'm not able to sign into my account in the app and I'm not receiving a password reset email. Can you send me one?

I attempted to schedule a phone visit but was not reached by a provider. Can I switch to a video visit instead?

What we look for…

We’re looking for people with a passion for helping others are naturally empathetic and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. To be successful in this role you will have:

Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class. You cannot miss a day of training!

High speed internet

Distraction-free work environment

Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy

Great problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively multi-task

High school diploma GED or college degree

Excellent communication skills

Availability to work weekends

Equipment provided and must be hard wired. No Wi-Fi.

A successful completion of a background check is required for this position.

*) The training days and hours will be provided during the interview. This client operates 24/7 365 days a year. Production schedules will be given during training.

If you do not have access to one at this moment please complete the other steps and then find a local public computer to complete steps 3 and 4. You can access a computer with a keyboard a local coffee shops library shipping stores or just search for “public computers near me”. Once you access to a computer you can login to your account and complete the application process.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage voluntary dental and vision programs life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.               The estimated salary range for this role is $16.50/hour.
