Job Description
In this role, you will join our rapidly growing New Logo sales team with a focus on expanding Lumeon marketshare in the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii. You will sell into medium and large-sized hospitals and health systems, with tangential focus on large, high volume, ambulatory environments. You will be a remote Lumeon team member and travel as needed, while at the same time, being responsible with company expenses. In addition to potential customer meetings, you will have occasional trips for internal meetings at our headquarters in Boston or other Lumeon office locations nationwide.
While you will have New Logo sales responsibility within the defined territory, you will also be the consummate team player and collaborate with other Lumeon team members across the company as needed. At Lumeon, we deeply value teamwork and culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Be an advocate for potential customers and help them achieve their business goals and objectives
- Be accountable for all new business development activities in the region
- Leverage existing prospect relationships and continue to expand your network
- Clearly and articulately communicate the Lumeon value proposition.
- Employ the Miller Heiman Strategic Selling sales process, with enabling documents such as Bluesheets
- Autonomously, proactively and aggressively work to develop your New Logo sales pipeline, while leveraging marketing resources to drive leads
- Meticulously qualify sales opportunities and effectively drive the sales cycle forward
- Communicate effectively with Lumeon teams members with deep respect for individuals needs and a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion
- Maintain effective territory development plans, pipeline and forecasts
- Maintain 100% accuracy in Salesforce at all times

Essential Experience
- The ideal candidate will have 15+ years experience selling sophisticated enterprise healthcare software and professional services to hospitals and health systems
- The Lumeon platform is a conceptual/solution sale and is not an “off the shelf” product. As such, the ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience selling 7-figure deals and helping potential customers understand the “art of the possible”
- The ideal candidate has extensive experience presenting to C-level executives, clinical executives and department owners
- The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the complex-sale environment
- You have experience quickly identifying client needs and intelligently positioning solutions to address them, leveraging team members to support you
- You have 10+ years of digital health experience, preferably introducing new solutions within a new market category
