• Work one-on-one with employees to support sustainable lifestyle changes
• Help employees implement guidance provided by doctors therapists or chiropractors
• Create simple approachable plans for: stretching and mobility re-introducing movement or gym routines sleep hydration and daily habits basic diet structure only when aligned with medical guidance
• Partner with mental health therapists on stress motivation burnout and routine-building
• Partner with the chiropractor on mobility posture and injury-aware movement
• Encourage accountability and consistency without pressure or judgment
• Meet employees where they are-physically mentally and emotionally
• Maintain clear professional boundaries and respect employee privacy

• Experience in health coaching wellness coaching or corporate wellness programs
• Certification in health coaching or related field (e.g. NBHWC ACE Health Coach similar)
• Strong understanding of habit formation and lifestyle change
• Experience collaborating with healthcare or mental health professionals preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
