As a Healthcare Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are being seamlessly delivered to Enlace clients and contribute to innovative analytic and product work.
Responsibilities:
- Support operational performance and product delivery for contracted client relationships.
- Focus on client deliverables, including standard monthly data refreshes, configuration of value-based care or custom methodologies and/or provider contracts.
- Ensure the timely resolution/completion of incidents, service requests and projects.
- Support the team with incoming client inquiries and issues, including issue tracking within the company support system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address client issues, concerns, and opportunities, as well as updating VBC methodology and contributing to process improvements and workflow automation efforts.
- Meet business and client objectives while driving best in class customer experience.
- Contribute to the plan, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of changes for clients related to value-based program methodology, provider contracting, claims processing, and claim payment.
- Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations that improve client performance and increase growth by utilizing dashboards and reporting tools to drive departmental and company objectives and targets.
- Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, or quality control checks to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop client educational collateral material to support the usage of Enlace Health solutions as necessary.
- Test features to enhance Enlace's solutions for both internal and external customers, and deliver timely completion of deliverables.
Position Requirements:
- 2-4+ years experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, and working with large datasets from payers, providers, and employers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare data primarily in eligibility, provider, claim and claim payment.
- Skilled at:
- queries, database programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R, or SAS);
- report design and creation;
- workflows, process development and management; and
- presentation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
- Positive and driven problem solver.
- Ability to effectively diagnose potential barriers and propose resolutions that have measurable and positive business impact.
- Excellent strategic thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills.
- Experience in presenting complex information in a clear, understandable and visual manner.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, professional writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel periodically.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in healthcare analytics or big data.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Qlikview, or similar.
- Experience with cloud based platform, Amazon S3, and relational databases such as Redshift.
