Accountabilities

  • Manage analytics and machine learning projects from kick-off to completion.
  • Guide junior team members and conduct advanced statistical analyses.
  • Use predictive modeling to enhance efficiencies and business outcomes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to deliver actionable findings.
  • Present analytics and insights to various stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities within Medicare and Medicaid data.
  • Advocate for best practices in data management.
  • Communicate effectively with team members while working remotely.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related area.
  • 5+ years of experience with healthcare claims data for fraud detection.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing team-based analytics projects.
  • Ability to simplify and explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with R for data science.
  • Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake is advantageous.
