Job Description

The Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) Engagement Consultant is responsible for creating a customized change management strategy, driving change management activities, and owning provider recruitment. The Engagement Consultant will collaborate with the Customer to identify Provider Champion(s) who can help drive provider awareness, enrollment, and engagement with DAX. Consultant's efforts will scale based on the Customer's organizational needs and resources available to drive implementation.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Success Planning/Change Management Strategy Workshops with the Customer
  • Create a customized change management blueprint to establish provider recruitment activities based on Nuance guidelines and Customer thresholds
  • Drive provider adoption, utilization, optimization and satisfaction during the implementation phase of the Customer life cycle
  • Collaborate with the Customer to establish a Provider Champion Network, partnering to host Town Halls to drive awareness and engagement (i.e., expectation setting, etc.)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with all Nuance teams involved in DAX implementation
  • Proactively communicate feedback regarding product functionality and user experience to improve client usability, satisfaction and loyalty (training needs, provider experience insights, training churn trends, etc.)
  • Keep abreast of latest DAX solution functionalities and knowledge including security, tools, and processes
  • Travel to customer sites as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ideally 7 or more years of Healthcare IT delivery and services execution, experience in Clinical consulting or delivery in a Clinical setting

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation workflows with EHRs (i.e., Athena, Epic, Allscripts, Cerner, Nextech or EMA)
  • Demonstrated customer relationship and large-scale change management experience, inclusive of technology implementation
  • Skilled at understanding strategies that influence customer success
  • Strong ability to understand provider's needs, build rapport, influence and motivate behavior
  • Capable of adapting to ever-changing priorities including project scope, deadlines, training delivery, environmental, and organizational changes
  • Detail-oriented with excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
