Your Role and Responsibilities
For this position, we are looking for a consultant who will propose a variety of solutions from upstream to downstream to hospital customers.

We are looking for a consultant who understands the current situation and IT trends in the hospital and medical information industry, and whose role is to identify projects, make proposals, acquire business, and contribute to delivery in IBM's service business (System Integration and consulting business)

[Specifically]
• Provide operational support for hospital information system construction and lead proposals for implementation projects, focusing on Clinical Information Systems (CIS) asset implementation projects
• Understand projects related to the client and service area in charge and carry out proposal activities in collaboration with team members
• Gain knowledge of other companies' solutions while differentiating from competitors, propose optimal solutions to the challenges faced by clients and reach consensus
• With knowledge and experience in the hospital and medical information industry, create and propose solutions to client challenges and drive business expansion with IBM services

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience as PM or PL for projects in the Healthcare industry and healthcare systems in Japan.
• Advanced business-level Japanese essential

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience prime and large scale projects.
