Job Description
The Modivcare Healthcare Manager partners with nursing homes, dialysis clinics, and other medical providers that have numerous clients with scheduled trips to maximize scheduling coordination and information sharing. You will visit facilities to provide training and information about the NEMT process, and to learn about facility concerns. You will report to the Operations leadership team. One or more Facility Liaisons may report to this position.
Job Duties
- Be an advocate within the non-emergency medical transportation system for patients and case-managers alike throughout the state providing in-service training to facilities on how to use NET services
- Ensure facility outreach and training are conducted throughout the state
- Work with facilities to identify sole source contracting possibilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years medical transportation management experience preferred
- Experience with facility based social service programs, including facility discharge planning preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs a plus
- Clinical, case management and discharge experience preferred
- Can travel up to 80% of the time
- Leadership experience required
Salary: $49,590-$66,120 Annually
Bonus eligible depending on company and individual performance.
