THE ROLE
To help us realize our ambitious growth plans, Medely is looking for a dynamic healthcare recruiter. The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to recruit, screen, negotiate with and place healthcare professionals at various facilities. The Healthcare Recruiter will also negotiate a compensation package with healthcare professionals while using various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates.
You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources, provide management with requested reports and documents, and maintain an acceptable margin.
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ensure candidate concerns are resolved promptly.
Uphold our Company's reputation by demonstrating standards of excellence.
Maintain database with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications, and selling points; ensure all communication with candidates is documented.
Complete weekly recruitment reports and special recruiting projects as needed
Meet weekly productivity metrics/goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the Healthcare field (preferred).
Ability to collaborate with all people/aspects of the selling cycle to achieve all goals.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
3-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling startup organization
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build top-of-funnel independently
Ability to work on a variety of different technical roles at once
Strong track record of hiring world-class engineering talent and equally strong partner to both hiring managers and candidates
Build rapport and establish trust with individuals in a highly competitive market
Navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal
Thrive in a data and metrics-driven environment
Must have effective phone presentation, excellent problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and customer service.
The estimated annual base compensation for this role is: $62,400 + incentives
