Hearing Aid Specialist

Migelino is a Swiss online audiologist that offers medical aids for regular use at fair prices. Due to customer demand, we also offer quality hearing aids from brand manufacturers via our telemedicine platform. This model has already proven successful in the Swiss market. We are looking for you to further expand this segment!

Your main task is to provide individual customer support in the field of hearing aids. Among other things, you will be responsible for:

• Adjustment and (remote) fitting of hearing aids via our telemedicine platform
• Supporting our customers, primarily via (video) telephony
• Carrying out services and minor repairs to hearing aids
• Selling the entire range of hearing aids

You are a licenced hearing aid specialist in the state of Massachusetts, aswell as a:

• a communicative and customer-oriented personality
• interested in satisfied customers
• Independent and willing to learn new things
• Familiar with digital technology

You can work from home or at your location. The salary is attractive and can also be agreed on a performance basis.
