Practice Details
• Inpatient and outpatient management of advanced heart failure patients
• On track to do 60 LVADs and 70 ECMOs this year
• Dedicated Heart Failure APPs
• CVICU with 24/7 APP staffing, 11 cath/EP labs, 2 open heart ORs, 100% Heart Failure Clinic

Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed salary of at least $750k + quality incentives
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance
