The Healthcare Technology Consultant works within our Strategy team to drive digital transformation for a key consulting client. Bidscale has partnered with a large enterprise customer to drive a $2 billion digital transformation across a major health product portfolio. We are biased towards rejecting the status quo and actively seek novel, disruptive, and innovative approaches to long-standing problems. The supported engagement includes efforts on population health analytics, electronic health records, distributed health systems, digital health equity, and other emerging health technology paradigms. We don't expect you to be an expert on the nuances of cloud-based health technology initiatives, but we do expect you to proactively seek out the best approach, fit-for-purpose to apply on our initiatives.
Position details & benefits:

• Total compensation up to $130,000 commensurate with qualifications
• US citizenship required; full-time, salaried, exempt only
• 90-100% remote
• Unlimited PTO

• 100% match up to 6% of 401k contribution, vested immediately

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience supporting consulting engagements for healthcare customers and/or conducting sector-agnostic market research
• Experience supporting corporate engagements related to Health Policy, Digital Health Systems, Digital Medicine, Life Sciences, Technology-led Healthcare innovations, and/or Digital Transformation.
• Experience supporting research on healthcare technology, medical innovation, and electronic health records
• Experience forming relationships with clients and internal team members with a range of backgrounds
• Experience operating and/or implementing EHRs preferred
• Experience advising health system C-suite through research, writing, and presentation mediums
• Experience demonstrating expert communications, interpersonal skills, project organization, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience utilizing a data-oriented approach to problem solving
