Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential & commercial) • Strong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and HVAC troubleshooting • EPA certification (Type II or Universal) • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening • Must be professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented • Plumbing experience is a plus What You’ll Be Doing: • Diagnosing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Performing installations, maintenance, and emergency HVAC services • Communicating with clients in a courteous and professional manner • Documenting work through our job management system • Working independently or with a team on varied job sites Job Type: • Full-Time • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Company vehicle and tools provided • Consistent work and a supportive team environment Why Work With Us?
