The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy duty towing and a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Benefits Include: Competitive Pay Guaranteed 40 Hours per Week Company Truck Cell Phone Allowance Supportive, value-driven team culture Key Responsibilities: · Operate heavy duty tow trucks to recover, transport, and tow large vehicles (buses, tractor-trailers, RVs, etc.) · Respond to dispatch calls promptly and professionally · Perform vehicle recovery and accident scene clean-up as needed · Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of assigned tow truck · Complete required paperwork and service logs accurately · Ensure safety of self, clients, and equipment at all times · Provide excellent customer service in high-pressure situations · Comply with all DOT, state, and company regulations and guidelines Requirements: • Valid Class A CDL for 3+ yearswith a clean driving record • Minimum 3 years of heavy-duty towing experience • Strong knowledge of vehicle recovery techniques and tow truck operation • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and after-hours/on-call shifts • Strong problem-solving and time management skills • Ability to lift, pull, and carry heavy equipment as needed • Must pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications in towing/recovery a plus • Mechanical aptitude or repair experience helpful Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
