Job Description

Our client looking for a Help Desk/Inventory Coordinator with at least two years of experience to support the organization of information technology assets and documentation in support of the mission of the IT Services Department.The position requires a balance of technical knowledge of computing equipment along with strong task management and organizational skills.

Requirements

A. Prepares list of leased machines and location of machines to be returned to the lessor by due 6/30./2023 Coordinate the distribution of machine replacements.

B. Organize and label equipment inventory, mice, keyboards, docks, etc.

C. Isolate machines that are broken and prepare for return to supplier; organize pickup.

D. Prepare and document equipment for surplus and organize pickup of equipment

E. Prepare laptops for distribution (hashing, InTuning, etc)

F. Work with and take direction from senior CSD staff.

G. Provide documentation for work performed, and create an equipment location map including quantities.

H. Ability to lift 30 pounds.

I. Ability to be on-site at least 4 days per week. One remote day can be used for preparing documentation.

J. Experience supporting desktop/server operating systems and technologies such as Windows, MFA, and lnTune.

K. Assists when requested in Secretariat and Agency information technology projects.
