Job Description

Experfy Inc, a leading provider of information technology and services, is seeking a skilled Help Desk professional to join our clients team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing technical support and customer service to our clients. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for promptly resolving customer issues and providing technical assistance. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email or chat.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients.
  • Logging all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's ticketing system.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher level support teams.
  • Collaborating with other departments to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Resolving user login and password issues.
  • Contributing to the company's knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:• Customer contact through email, telephone, mail, and walk-ins• Responsible for the distribution of a monthly correspondence to over 3,000 registered users of the recurring pass program• Customer complaints and refund requests• Production and distribution of CharlieCards required for distribution to sales channels.• Assists with badging services for all employees and retirees• Responsible for distribution of fare media to all retail partners• Assists with coordination of monthly deliveries of fare media to pass sales offices.• Other duties as assigned by supervisor and management staff
