The Opportunity:

Factorial Energy is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Woburn, MA. The Help Desk Analyst's job contributes to the mission of the company by providing excellent customer service and by ensuring that the company's IT infrastructure is running smoothly. This allows the company to focus on its core business and to provide its customers with the best possible service. 

In this role, you will:

• Daily user support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Intune: This includes being able to use and configure these products to provide services to customers.
• Excellent customer support skills: This includes being able to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and resolve their issues in a timely manner.
• Systems administration: This includes tasks such as installing and configuring software, managing user accounts, and maintaining the network infrastructure.
• Security: This includes tasks such as implementing security measures, monitoring for threats, and responding to security incidents.
• Projects: This includes tasks such as planning and implementing new projects, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders.

We are looking for people with:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, High School diploma with additional experience is acceptable
• 3+ years of experience in IT
• Knowledge of Office 365 Administration and Azure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
