Help Desk Associate II

Enova’s hybrid work model allows employees to work in the office T, W, and TH with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. About the role:

Enova is currently searching for an ambitious Help Desk Associate to join our team of problem-solvers, self-directors and action-oriented thinkers. In this role, you will learn new technologies and strategies that will enable you to contribute to the continued success of Enova. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide end user support on Windows, CentOS7, MacOS & AWS
• Assist in maintaining the network and desktops
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
• Provide on-site and remote client support
• Create, maintain, and delete user accounts from various systems
• Provision new workstations from scratch 
• Maintain current desktops/laptops via pushing updates
• Escalation of critical issues to appropriate teams

We’re excited about you if you have:

• 2+ years support experience
• Knowledge of Linux command line commands
• Basic networking troubleshooting capabilities
• Project management experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Natural troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PC hardware repair
• Experience with SCCM, Jamf, ServiceNow, or Jira
• Associates degree and/or your MCP, MCSE, A+, or Network+ certification
• Management experience is a plus

About IT:

IT designs, oversees, and secures the infrastructure that runs all of Enova’s internal and external services, including all hardware, cloud providers, and telecommunications.
