Our automated pickup and delivery systems use a combination of robotics and software to efficiently handle large volumes of online orders, streamlining operations for managers and enhancing the customer experience. We're seeking a highly motivated technical support person to be the first point of contact and triage for our engineering and administrative teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for walking customers through the process of getting priority-based support to either solve common issues or schedule work with escalation team members. You'll be a key member of the feedback loop to ensure that work is completed satisfactorily and has met the needs of the team.

What you'll work on:

  • Provide first level support to associate problems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT requests
  • Compliance with Corporate IT Service Level Agreements
  • Perform Hybrid Active Directory user account administration 
  • Follow established Asset Management process
  • Properly escalate unresolved requests to the next level of support
  • Perform setup and recovery for onboarding/offboarding associates
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Maintain proper documentation of support requests
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
  • Deploy new associate client machines and associated peripherals

What we're looking for:

  • Windows and MacOS experience
  • Understanding of Network Fundamentals
  • Strong technical computer skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work activities
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of help desk software
  • AS degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
