Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Desktop Support / Help Desk / Service Desk / IT Support / PC Technician for one of our clients.

Role: Desktop Services L2/PC Refresh / Help Desk

Location: Multiple Locations in Maine

Job Description:

• Relevant Experience: 2+yrs. Qualification: Bachelors / Masters / Equivalent
• Basic Desktop support or Helpdesk candidate will work for this position

Key Skills Required:

• Windows Imaging & OS Deployment Customizing and creating WIM images, Exposure in ImageX, Windows PE, WAIK,ADK, Windows ICD & DISM tools
• Requires detailed knowledge of Windows (Win 7/XP/VISTA/Windows 8/ Windows 10), windows registry, Applications, and computer drive imaging technologies and client platforms and related hardware.
• Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in an environment conducive to the specifications
• Applying modifications and customizations to the OS through registry modifications
• Develop/create and maintain Windows 10 and later desktop PC and laptop images, integrate and test software applications and upgrades, package and deploy base image and applications via SCCM
• Troubleshooting/debugging software and hardware problems related to the operating system or supporting applications, drivers, and services. Knowledge Microsoft Office and Office 365 Proplus Product suites and administration
• Security hardening for Windows client operating systems
• Knowledge to use Group Policy and System Center Configuration Manager to centrally deploy changes throughout the environment
• Good Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system is a must
• Solving Level 2 tickets
