The Helpdesk Admin is responsible for provisioning the organization’s new hires, employee changes and contractor requests and coordinating with the various Managers, HR Operations, Onboarding team and other various teams by setting up, requesting and coordinating these account's equipment and provisioning their accounts across our various systems. 

This position must identify the basic cause of common problems in these operations tasks and make sure these problems do not reoccur frequently.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all information is properly filled out for new hires, employee changes or Contractor requests. 
  • Ensure the proper provisioning of accounts or account changes that are in compliance with the organizational policies and procedures, while abiding by the organization’s highest standards of quality assurance
  • Assess and analyze the common IT problems in regards to new hires, employee changes and contractor request, study their impact and advise on the proper supportive functions that are necessary to resolve these problems
  • Recommend modifications/changes to correct the new hire/knowster or contractor request to ensure that comply with the system requirements
  • Maintain a record of all changes and requests necessary from the various teams to ensure the correct account provisioning. 
  • Work in to improve the operational procedures
  • Building Dashboards for the Helpdesk Team
  • Maintain Records for approvals and workflows
  • Assist with Inventory tasks and its administration for the team
  • Working with the team to get documentation up to date and informing the rest of the members when these updates are done
  • Keep HR Managers (US and Int’l) up to date so we can meet the provisioning and employee changes so they can be met. 
  • Work with the various MIS teams so that all information is correct and deadlines can be met

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in similar or related position
  • Two-year degree preferred
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff..
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
  • Highly organized and result-oriented
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
