Helpdesk Analyst
Job Description
Duties:
As a Remote Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our client user base. Supporting legacy applications along with the latest technologies within a customer centric environment that provides exceptional customer satisfaction, and working with market leading ITSM Service Management tools, you will provide high-levels of technical knowledge, analytical troubleshooting and problem solving to maximize user productivity.
Must Have Skills:
- 5 years' experience troubleshooting user account issues (account lockout etc).
- 5 years' experience working with O365 to support users in the user context, mainly covering Office and Outlook.
- 5 years' experience installing, troubleshooting, and updating current Mac OS and Windows 10.
- 5 years' experience supporting users in an Enterprise Windows 10 environment using SCCM for application delivery and endpoint management.
- 5 years' experience working in a highly structured setting following KB's and scripts to complete tasks, troubleshoot and document incident and work request log notes.
- 5 years' experience managing user authentication issues across AD and Identity provider platforms such as Okta.
Nice to Have:
- Experience of working with ITIL based Service processes and functions.
- Experience and knowledge of supporting customers in a complex, enterprise environment. Preferably in the technical services sector.
- A strong preference will be given to candidates local to Atlanta.

In compliance with theColoradoEqual Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired inColorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $35k to $55k. Actual compensation will depend on a number offactors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
