Helpdesk Analyst, TBWA Global Intelligence

As TBWA transforms and elevates our global data capability, a helpdesk analyst is needed to be the point of contact for project intake/delivery of industry-leading insights. This position receives and reviews our Intelligence Request Forms and assess the needs of the submitter.

Who you are

A problem solver and an organizer, you can gather information and summarize what is needed to complete the project or ask the right questions to fully understand the assignment. You can communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form. You enjoy managing multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities while paying prompt attention to requests. Excel and creating charts/graphs for quantitative data comes relatively easy to you. And your ability to review and synthesize reports and data into summaries is fun.

What you’ll do

• Review Intelligence Request Forms and assess the needs of the submitter. Determine if more information is needed and ask follow-up questions if necessary to get a full understanding of the requirements.
• Determine the best resources to gather intelligence/data from to deliver on the request.
• Gather and review the intelligence. Create a summary that answers the needs of the request. Email the summary and any corresponding data/reports to the submitter.
• Help manage access for local offices to key global resources (YouGov, Euromonitor, etc.). Coordinate with vendors and TBWA offices leads to keep user lists up to date, schedule training, etc.
