POSITION SUMMARY:
The Helpdesk II will be the IT point of contact for our corporate location in San Francisco and another location outside of the city.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Act as point of contact for all IT issues for office and remote users
- Quickly learn and adopt new IT support and mgmt platforms
- Eventually become a senior member of the support team who will assist the IT Manager to establish processes, and be the escalation point for new team members.
- Procure, deploy, support and maintain IT infrastructure in accordance with department standards
- Provision access to corporate applications and cloud services
- Ensure systems are compliant with security policies
- Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with applications and systems
- Maintain accurate documentation on office systems including trouble tickets, inventory
- Timely communications and acknowledgments.
- Travel up to 20% for the support of other offices
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience plus 2-4 years of working experience
- Ability to administer macOS and support macs and Linux using command line.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, ticketing systems, and IT documentation platforms.
- Technical knowledge of Windows operating system and experience with deployments and troubleshooting
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter yet knows when to ask for help, and works great in a team

Compensation Range:
Salary range is between $90,000-$100,000 . Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
