The Role
You’ll be providing business-to-business technical support to enterprise customers through tickets (email and CRM) and live calls. A global team that you will be communicating, and solving customer technical issues with on a daily basis, all within different time zones.Â
Every case you solve will include in-depth server troubleshooting, extensive software investigation, plus above-and-beyond empathy. It’s required that you be very disciplined in working autonomously and that you be determined, self-directed, and driven.
What you’ll do:
- Providing business-to-business Technical support
- Dealing with Phone callsÂ
- Ticketing and CRM management
- Working with Server troubleshooting and Software installation
What we expect from you:
- Technical customer support expertise
- Advanced Troubleshooting with Windows Server 2008-2019
- Basic Troubleshooting and installation with SQL Server 2012-2022
- Adobe Indesign and Photoshop
- Nice to have:
- Web Design/Administrative Skills
- Database and Logic Skills
- Basic Design (HTML, CSS & Javascript)
- Some SQL fundamentals (not necessarily experienced)
- Windows OS and Mac OSx Server Environment
