Limitlessli is a staffing company that recruits, hires, and manages long-term remote staff for growing businesses in the USA.

Client: A US IT Company based in NY is looking for IT Helpdesk support with excellent communication skills.

Objective: To solve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner. The helpdesk support communicates well with users, keeping them informed and meeting their expectations.

Location: Remote (permanent work from home)

Type of Work: Full time

Work Hours: Mon - Fri, EST

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures


Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Native English speaker to support clients based in US
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered

Start date: Can start ASAP

Tools needed: You MUST have your own laptop/desktop computer, a noise cancellation headset, second monitor, stable internet, and backup internet connection
