Job Description

What Will Be Your Purpose
The Application Support Technician is responsible for providing deployment, support and troubleshooting of eCW software

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide level 1 support of computer workstations and associated peripherals.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Escalation of issues to the appropriate application support or level 2 desktop support team
- Deployment training material to support applications
- Follow established policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain and update user list.
- Travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences) frequently
What You Must Have
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years related work experience
- Experience providing first level troubleshooting and support of: eCW and other Clinical applications
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal users who possess varying levels of technical skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple incidents and request and process in a timely manner.
- Experience using ticketing systems.
What We Prefer
- Previous experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Record)
General Physical Demands
- Medium Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
