The HESI Compass product provides personalized coaching to nursing students and the HESI Delivery Operations team manages the operational needs to fulfill the product.

About the Role

The HESI Compass Administrator will play a key role is supporting internal teams and fulfillment of the HESI Compass product. The administrator will act as a liaison between our nurse coaches, customers, students, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining course calendar and assist with pipeline reviews.
• Attending implementation calls and assist HESI Coaches by taking notes, providing operational support, supplying reports and metrics.
• Assisting with onboarding paperwork and successfully launch HESI courses in a timely manner
• Managing communication to faculty and students via Slack regarding coach assignment, course schedule, exam information, and respond to external questions
• Assisting with managing the HESI Compass Admin distribution mailbox, billing issues and course reconciliation via Salesforce
• Contributing to the product development discussions and workshops to support continued improvements

Requirements

• Have exposure to nursing programs and HESI products
• Possess advanced computer and administrative skills
• Have excellent client relations experience and effective communication skills (oral & written)
• Be energetic, dynamic, and positive interactions with both internal and external customers
• Can move seamlessly between team environments to an individual contributor activity
• Have a 4-year education from an accredited school and 5 years work experience
