Job Summary

In this role, you will drive strategic business transformation for global industrial clients by architecting and implementing advanced Hexagon Smart Suite solutions. Leveraging over 20 years of international consulting experience, you will align complex technical solutions with business objectives, deliver measurable ROI, and enable digital innovation at scale. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Hexagon Smart Suite solutions (SPID, SPI, SPEL, S3D, SDx) for clients in Oil & Gas, Construction, and related industries.
• Architect and develop automation workflows, integrating Hexagon platforms with ERP, maintenance, and enterprise systems (SAP, JDE, Maximo, OSI PI, Oracle Aconex, etc.).
• Design and deploy Digital Twin strategies to enable predictive analytics, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
• Advise C-level and executive stakeholders on technology adoption, market trends, and strategic business cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and standardized data frameworks to enhance productivity, reduce project bottlenecks, and accelerate digital transformation.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation, digital transformation, and data governance.
• Lead the integration of AI, machine learning, and LLM technologies into business applications to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Support business development efforts by crafting compelling RFP responses, strategic presentations, and technical proposals for global clients.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management, automation programming, technical consulting, or solutions architecture, with strong focus on Hexagon and Intergraph SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) solutions.
• Proven hands‑on experience with SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID), including project creation and configuration, project administration, troubleshooting, and designer responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in database creation, project and hierarchy setup, catalog customization, data dictionary, filters, formats, rules, and report generation.
• Experience with EPC projects, global work‑share models, and legacy data migration initiatives.
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings, with experience in multi‑discipline detailed engineering design.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, VB.NET, C#, Python, Swift, and Flutter.
• Experience working with databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, SQLite), with solid foundational knowledge of Oracle or MS‑SQL concepts; advanced DBA skills are an added advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise and engineering platforms including Hexagon SDx, Oracle Aconex, SAP, JDE, Maximo, OSI PI, SharePoint, Livelink, Leica TruView, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MicroStation, SmartSketch, Hexagon Smart Suite, and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Strong background in business architecture, system integration, API design, and data‑driven strategy development.
• Experience implementing emerging technologies, including LLM integrations for business applications.
• Good knowledge of international engineering standards such as API, NFPA, BIS, and related standards.
• Well‑versed in configuration, implementation approaches, and delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
• Eligibility for Reliability Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business strategy, digital transformation, and organizational change management.
• Proven success in global consulting and cross-cultural strategy execution across North America, Europe, South America, Australia, and India.
• Experience advising executive stakeholders and facilitating technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
• Certifications in Hexagon SDx, Cognite Data Fusion, or related platforms are an asset.
• Preferred to have knowledge of engineering standards knowledge like API, NFPA, BIN and others.
• Preferred to have experience in configuration and implementation approaches and methodologies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
