HFA Operations Team Lead

Summary:

The HFA Operations Team Lead will be responsible for assisting in all Operational functions, reporting, escalations and cross-departmental support.

The primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Handling Operations and cross-departmental escalations and support.
• Reporting, statistics and project engagement.
• Creating procedures, workflows, process improvement recommendations and implementation.
• Maintains detailed knowledge of company operations and organizational policies and procedures. 
• Cross-training and support across all of Operations. Serves as a liaison across all areas of the business.
• Product and vendor support and escalations.
• Resolve escalations and cross department issues and complete required documentation and operational steps.
• Additional duties as defined by their manager.
• Reviews account documentation for quality assurance, proper execution and setup.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of Financial Services Industry experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Series 7/66/24 Licenses
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Expert in Investment Operations policies and procedures
• Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
