Job Description:As an Event Security Officer at T.E.A.M., you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients' events. You will be responsible for implementing security measures, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may arise during the event. With your keen attention to detail and strong communication skills, you will contribute to the overall success of the event while ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees.Major events coming up allowing lots of hours to work! ! Key Responsibilities: • Provide visible security presence to deter and detect potential security threats. • Monitor entrances, exits, and crowd behavior to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a safe environment. • Conduct bag checks and screenings as necessary to enforce event policies and regulations. • Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, including medical emergencies, fights, and unruly behavior. • Collaborate with event staff, local authorities, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts and response strategies. • Communicate effectively with event organizers, fellow security team members, and attendees to address concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere. • Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation of security-related activities. Requirements: • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations. • Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Applicants without a guard card must be willing to obtain one through our company within the first 60 days and must have a clean criminal background. • Neck and face tattoos are not allowed. • Applicants must have reliable transportation.
